North School

The North School Preservation Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the park and restoration of the North School building. The five acres of open space, located in the very heart of the North Village, have been in continuous use for over a century as a public park, playground and sports field.

Our regular monthly meetings are held March through November on the first Tuesday of each month in the Ice Skaters' Warming Hut, beginning at 6:30 pm. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Do you have any old pictures of the school from its heyday? Please send scans of them to one of the email contacts below (or let us borrow the originals and we'll scan them) so we can include them on this website.
